Toyota Rent is Toyota's own car rental service, which offers high-class, newest and high-quality Toyota passenger cars and vans for rent for various life situations.
The easiest way to book is through the Toyota Rent online service.
The car can be picked up from Toyota rental offices located in Toyota stores all over Finland.
The price includes the right to use the car and unlimited mileage.
You are only responsible for the costs of using the car, such as fuel / electricity, parking fees or any fines.
The driver must have an EU-approved passenger car driving license and at least one year of driving experience. There are no age restrictions on the rental. The terms and conditions also apply to any additional drivers.
As a general rule, transporting pets is prohibited, but you can ask for permission from the Toyota Rent rental company if necessary. In such cases, an additional fee may be charged for transporting pets, depending on the rental company.
The majority of car models offered in the service are hybrids, but there are also some electric, gasoline or diesel-powered cars.

When paying for the car, you, as the car renter, must present your personal credit card, from which the rental company must be able to successfully make a pre-authorization of up to the deductible amount of the car being rented.
Payment is made at the Toyota Rent rental company where you booked the car. When paying, the customer must present the personal payment card of the person signing the rental agreement, from which the rental company must also be able to successfully make a pre-authorization of up to the amount of the damage deductible for the rented car.
If you would like to change the pick-up or drop-off time of your reservation, you can inquire about this possibility by contacting the Toyota Rent rental company where the reservation was made. Please note that this may affect the price of your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge at least two business days before the rental starts in the Toyota Rent online booking service. If there are less than two business days left until the start of the booked rental at the time of cancellation, the cancellation must be made by contacting the Toyota Rent rental company where you booked your car directly. The deductible for collision, glass damage, fire, vandalism, theft or wildlife collition damage is 1,685 €. You can also purchase a deductible reduction as an additional service when booking, with a deductible of 510 €.
You can pick up the car at the time stated in the booking confirmation. Take your driving license with you, which will be checked when you return the car. The car is always returned with a full tank or at least 80% battery charge in the case of a fully electric car. If necessary, you will also receive instructions on how to use the car when you pick it up. Please also be prepared to pay for the service when you return it and make sure that your payment card can be authorized for the deductible.
Return the car in a clean condition and with a full tank to the same location where you picked up the car by the time stated in your booking confirmation.
